These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CAD Translator (cadtranslator.com) website and services (https://www.cadtranslator.com). The services are owned and operated by Shenzhen Jiachen Architectural Design Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. The Service

CAD Translator (cadtranslator.com) is an online AI-based translation service for CAD drawings. You upload DWG drawing files, the text in the drawings is translated into your chosen target language, and the result is returned as an editable DWG file that can be opened in AutoCAD.

Key features:

• Text translation across more than 100 languages, in any source-to-target direction;
• Industry-aware translation for multiple disciplines (including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, chemical, electronic and microelectronics design, and more);
• Multiple translation engines;
• No software installation required; translation runs in the cloud.

The service translates only the text content of CAD files. It does not delete, add, or modify graphics, blocks, lines, references, styles, or parameters. Because CAD files and production software differ, we are not liable for any loss, missing display, or non-display of content in a converted file that results from translation or conversion.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and you must keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have obtained the consent of your legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may not transfer, lend, rent, or sell your account.
• We may require real-name or identity verification to protect account security and service quality.
• You may request account deletion by contacting us; we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.
• Your account (including its identifier and associated data) remains the property of Shenzhen Jiachen Architectural Design Co., Ltd. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the account in accordance with these Terms.

3. Fees, Credits, and Payment

Certain features of the service are paid. Prices are displayed on the website before you make a purchase and are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

The service may use credits ("Credits") to meter translation usage. The exchange rate between Credits and currency is shown on the pricing and account pages.

Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers, which may include Paddle, PayPal, and other providers ("Payment Providers"). By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable Payment Provider's terms. We do not store your full payment card details.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Prices and fees may change from time to time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to upload, translate, produce, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the service's source code, models, or data.

We may review and filter input and output to comply with applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your Content and Ownership

You retain all rights you hold in the files and text you upload ("Input"). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit your Input.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the translated output for your own business and professional purposes.

Output is generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors or omissions. It is provided for reference and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the output before relying on it.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its content (including software, technology, code, interfaces, text, graphics, trademarks, and the "cadtranslator.com" name and logo) are owned by or licensed to Shenzhen Jiachen Architectural Design Co., Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update the underlying AI models and technology.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Translation accuracy, text layout, font, and file compatibility may vary due to the nature of AI and the diversity of CAD files. Please review the separate Service Disclaimer for the detailed limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if we discontinue the service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where Shenzhen Jiachen Architectural Design Co., Ltd. is located.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using the service, you agree that we may send you service-related communications (such as account notices, security alerts, and purchase confirmations) by email, in-service messages, or website announcements.
