The service translates only the text content of CAD files. It does not delete, add, or modify graphics, blocks, lines, references, styles, or parameters. We are not liable for any content loss, missing display, or non-display in a converted file caused by translation or conversion.
Translation is performed by artificial intelligence models. Because industry terminology and abbreviations differ, translation errors may occur. This is not a fault of the service; you are responsible for reviewing and adjusting the translation to meet your professional standards.
After translation, text layout may show misalignment, line breaks, or position shifts when opened in CAD software. You may need to adjust the text to achieve your desired layout. Current AI technology does not yet match manual layout processing.
Processed files may still show some garbled characters, minor typos or inaccuracies, layout differences, or font substitutions.
Some files may not be processed correctly, including files that cannot be opened, files that are not in DWG format, password-protected files, and files containing uncommon special symbols. Converted files from non-native CAD formats may not be perfect, and some third-party CAD viewing software may not display them.
You should back up your important data yourself. We are not liable for data loss or leakage caused by software failure, hacking, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We do not store or retain your uploaded files after the translation is completed.
The service may contain links to third-party services, including payment providers. The content and security of those third-party services are the responsibility of those third parties and are not controlled by us.
We are not responsible for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to reduce the resulting loss and impact.
